Southern Water has gone out to tender with an AMP6 contract for sewer survey and sewage treatment consultancy services worth up to £20.4 million.
The water company is looking to appoint one or more suppliers under a Framework Agreement for the provision of site survey and investigation services. Due to the complexity of the services required, the framework will be awarded under several lots.
Estimated value of the contract, which will initially run for five years with a further five year extension option for AMP7, is in a range between £10.2 million to £20.4 million. Starting date for the contract is 1.12.2015 followed by completion of 1.12.2020.
Lots for the Site Surveys and Investigations Framework are as follows;
Lot 1 — The provision of CCTV Investigation services
Lot 2 — The provision of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Modelling services
Lot 3 — The provision of Archaeological Surveys
Lot 4 — The provision of Ecological Surveys
Lot 5 — The provision of Flow Surveys
Lot 6 — The provision of Geotechnical Site investigations
Lot 7 — The provision of Topographical Surveys
